Overall: I’ll be frank, I only played as the hat and let hubby steer Mario the entire time. With our (lack of) coordination, he didn’t use hat techniques that often, and I’m certain a majority of it was because I existed as a freeform hat instead of staged movements that would happen otherwise. Watching the techniques utilized in speedruns is good enough. XD;
