Overall: Cyber Sleuth itself is mostly an 8, but its combination with Hacker’s Memory brings it to a solid 9 for me. It’s a solid RPG with a lot of good work put into it!! There are some definite qualms, like the repetitive side missions (especially the searching for lost items), and that the main shopping mall where you hang out for like 30% of the game has NO MUSIC for some lame reason. But the variety of Digimon, a decent-length story with some fun twists and turns, and interesting characters give it a good time.

Hacker’s Memory makes some definite improvements in terms of characters, story, music even, and just overall gameplay (Acceleration is MVP).
